Lane Cove Theatre Company does not have a home venue so most of our operating budget goes towards operational costs.
Theatre can be costly in dollars, time and space. Lane Cove Theatre Company is a local non-profit group run by dedicated volunteers who give freely of their time.
We produce and present some extraordinary productions in our intimate performance space. While sitting just a few feet from the action is what makes the Lane Cove Theatre Company experience so special, unfortunately ticket sales alone don't cover all the costs of a production.
By making a donation, you’re ensuring that local community theatre remains accessible and sustainable.
Where will my money go?
Your donations go towards our production costs and furthering our community engagement. If you’ve ever admired the set, the costumes, or the way the whole show seems to come together so seamlessly, it’s because of the generosity of our supporters.
What can I expect if I donate?
Initially, our undying gratitude and the knowledge that you’ve done an amazing thing! It goes without saying that you'll get a receipt for your tax-deductible donation over $2.00.
Long term, we're working towards a cultural hub in Lane Cove for the community. It's no secret that we've been working for more than 27 years to secure a dedicated venue in Lane Cove. Your donations will help towards the future of performing arts in our community.

If you donate:
- $100 or more, you are a bronze supporter. You’ll be acknowledged on our website donor board, and you'll receive two adult tickets to one show of your choice that year.
- $1,000 or more, you are a silver supporter. You'll receive the the above plus an additional two adult tickets to one show of your choice that year and you'll be invited to additional events including open mic nights, play readings etc.
- $5,000, you are a gold supporter and supporting an entire production! You will be acknowledged as a major supporter for that production you'll receive two adult tickets to every opening night that year. You will also be publicly acknowledged in all advertising for the production, listed in our programs and through out social media content.
